I. Deposits and Payments:
A deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve your event date and time, and start your event planning. No event time slots will be held without a deposit. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex), money orders, cashier checks and cash. Final payment for the balance of the event, is due 14 days prior to your event.
II. Event Planning:
Consultations will be scheduled once the deposit has been paid. At such time your event theme will be confirmed.
III. Cancellations and Refunds:
Deposits are fully refundable until the day that is 3 weeks before your requested event. If you cancel the event after such date, you will forfeit the deposit in full. We are happy to reschedule an event on a later available date at no additional cost to you.
Upon booking your party you agree that we are not responsible for any food, environmental or other allergies or any reactions associated therewith. Please raise any allergy concerns at your consultation, and we will use all reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests. If any attendee has severe allergies, we recommend that you provide an alternate treat for such attendee.
Our services are for entertainment purposes only. We do not offer professional salon or spa services.
VI. Notice of Photography and Video Recording:
When you attend an event or program at Pampered Princess Party Palace, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by Pampered Princess Party Palace and its affiliates and representatives. You release Pampered Princess Party Palace, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Pampered Princess Party Palace or the person or entity designated to do so by Pampered Princess Party Palace.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event, and this notice is prominently displayed on the premises.
VII. Guest Arrival and Departure Time:
Attendees are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the event start time. We will do everything possible to start and end the event at the scheduled time. Any requests for extended hours beyond what is in the party package must be made in advance, at a rate of $50.00 per additional 30 minutes.
Parents, guardians and chaperones are welcome to watch and support in designated waiting areas. Children under the age of three (3) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
